1.
Complete the form below and tell us about yourself. It is important
that you complete ALL questions! (You must be

2. Use
the IMAGE UPLOAD option offered below or Email one or more pictures
of yourself. We prefer that at least one pic is a body shot.
Nude is NOT necessary. The pictures do NOT have to be professionally
taken, but should be NO MORE than 90 days old and should ACCURATELY
represent your current appearance. We will NOT use it on the web
site or give it to any other agency or website. It is just to give
us an idea of what you look like. |

3. Once
the staff has evaluated the picture, you will receive a call to set
up an in person interview. We want to make sure that you are the
same person as the picture sent and also get to know you better. |

4.
After in person interview, we will schedule a live audition for you
at one of the clubs that we book. We do NOT do "casting couch"
interviews! You perform a 10-15 minute, costumed set in front
of a live club audience. You are NOT paid any base fee,
however you keep all tips you receive. Nudity is NOT allowed
at any club shows, so bring a G-String or a pair of "tighty-whiteys"
is also acceptable. |

5. If you are hired, you
will be required to complete a photo-shoot with one of our
professional photographers which is scheduled at a convenient time
for you and is done WITHOUT COST to you. These are the photos
that we will use to promote and market you via our website, posters,
banners, flyers and other media. Photos are, and will always
remain, the property of CHICAGO BEEF Entertainment, Ltd.. We
will create business cards, 8 x 10 stills and other media for you
and offer you or COST for printing. |

6. You will be required to
buy your own costumes. These can be costumes of your choice,
however, we reserve the right to approve all costumes you wear in
any show that we book for you. We can help you along if you need
some ideas. |

7.
Once you are hired, you will be booked at clubs and for private
parties throughout the areas we cover. Our schedule is booked
at least four weeks in advance - the first week of the month prior
to the booking month. |

8.
Our standards are possibly the highest in the market. We have
a ZERO TOLERANCE
for substance abuse and reserve the right to randomly test any
performer. If you use drugs, don't even bother applying! We
REQUIRE that you have a watch and can tell time! That means
you arrive no less than 20 minutes BEFORE your scheduled performance
time and remain until the end of the show or your performance. Our
requirements are stringent, but it is worth it! Many of our
entertainers earn in excess of $50,000
annually for less than 20 hours of work per week. |
